Food Programs

For some individuals and families in our communities, food insecurity is a daily struggle. Community Hope recognizes this struggle and partners with Rehoboth Reformed Church and Prosper Christian Reformed Church by providing the funding for their food distribution sites. These two pantries serve an average of 250 families, providing enough for approximately 560 food pick-ups in one month. Please see below for food pick-up availability.
